RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Furnisco Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged Product | Dead on Arrival | Manufacturing Defect | Incomplete Product | Incorrect Product | Expired Product
- In case the replacement is not possible, we will refund the full amount to the customer. Once your return is accepted, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Depending upon the mode of payment you used, banks and payment gateways usually take between 10 to 15 working days to credit the amount to your account.
- Furnisco will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us or dispose/ destroy them.
- All customized products so delivered by us are non returnable.
- You have to ensure that the product is returned in the original condition along with original packing. In case any damage is caused at your end after it is delivered to you, we will not accept the return.
